I was born and raised in Elysburg, Pennsylvania. I enjoyed 12 years in the Air Force with six of them as an Airman Leadership School instructor. After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis I was medically discharged in 2003. Since then I have enjoyed being a wife, mom, and received my education degree. I am certified to teach general education kindergarten thru eighth grade as well as special education birth to age eight. We have moved every three to four year with the last three years in Anchorage, Alaska. Alaska has been an amazing experience as a family, my career, and personally. I will never forget the beautiful views of snow capped mountains but I will not miss seven months of snow. Next summer we will be moving back to the lower 48 and as usually we have no idea where. I am hoping the east coast. I miss the little things like the rolling green hills that turn brilliant colors during the fall.
